Job Specifications

We're looking for a Finance Systems Manager to take ownership of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning within a growing global organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, you'll manage a small team and act as the link between Finance and IT to ensure both systems run smoothly and evolve with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimise Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning
Lead and develop a small Finance Systems team
Support core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting, planning)
Drive system improvements and user self-service
Liaise with global stakeholders and manage external partners
Experience Required:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Workday Financials certified
Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Workday Financials
Exposure to Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM tool)
Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
Working pattern: Hybrid - up to 3 days per week in the London office
