The Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic engineering projects on-site for one of our pharmaceutical partners near Brussels. Your scope will include equipment support (tanks, CIP/SIP systems, autoclaves) and cleanroom revamping.

You will lead the coordination, execution, and qualification of technical projects, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and internal procedures. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead the study, coordination, and monitoring of equipment and cleanroom projects
Draft and manage URS (User Requirement Specifications) and Change Controls
Participate in qualification activities: FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and PQ
Review validation protocols and reports (VPE) for equipment and systems
Build and maintain technical documentation and project plans
Support training of personnel following project implementation
Report regularly to the Engineering Manager on project progress and improvements
Assist Maintenance teams with equipment support and procedure development
Organize internal and external project execution and procurement processes.

Your Profile

You hold an electromechanical Engineering degree or equivalent proven experience
You have minimum 5 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
You are fluent in French and English
You are proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of EU GMP's and 21 CFR regulations
You are able to work independently and under pressure in cross-functional teams.
