Job Specifications

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join a leading global insurance business on a 3-month contract (initially). You’ll be working on a key digital transformation initiative, shaping intuitive and elegant experiences across complex enterprise platforms.

This will be circa 500-515 per day, Inside IR35, Hybrid London (twice a week) and starting asap.

What you’ll do

Lead user research - interviews, surveys, usability testing, and heuristic reviews to uncover real user needs and behaviours.
UX - Translate insights into seamless design solutions. Creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Review and refine existing UI deliverables, aligning them with best practice and modern UX principles.
Contribute to and advocate for the organisation’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll bring

Prior experience with SAP user interface design (e.g., Fiori design principles, SAP Build, or related tools) would be a significant advantage, but not mandatory
Experience conducting User Research such as Interviews, Surveys etc.
Solid UX expertise with a deep understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles and user-centred design.
Extensive UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing successful execution of various design artifacts, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
Experience in Insurance would be ideal
