We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 – RPA Developer for a long-term contract role.

Role: Software Engineer 3 – RPA Developer

Duration: LONG TERM CONTRACT

Location: Austin, TX 78701

Work Mode: Hybrid (Onsite: Monday & Tuesday | Remote: Wed–Fri)

Job Summary

This senior-level role requires 12+ years of experience, strong judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex tasks. The developer will support the IT Administrative Applications RPA Team in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions using BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop RPA solutions
Investigate and troubleshoot automation issues
Study system flow, data usage, and work processes
Develop system specifications and standards
Work in Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment
Required Skills
8+ years RPA development (4+ years BluePrism)
HTML, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP protocol
SQL / NoSQL databases
RESTful web services
Preferred Skills
API development
C#, Java, Python
Azure troubleshooting
Agile development
Power Automate
BluePrism & Power Platform certifications
