We are delighted to partner with Garden Court Chambers to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Director.

Garden Court Chambers is London’s largest and the UK’s second-largest barristers’ chambers, renowned for its unwavering commitment to social justice, human rights, and pioneering legal work. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic, dynamic leader to join a highly respected organisation and make a meaningful impact.

As BD & Marketing Director, you will set the vision and deliver innovative business development and marketing strategies. You’ll identify new market and client opportunities, drive cross-selling initiatives, and champion best practice in client development. Working closely with colleagues across the set, you will implement key account management programmes and maximise opportunities for collaboration and growth.

You will lead a talented BD and marketing team responsible for brand, marketing communications, events, and thought leadership. Your expertise will ensure Garden Court Chambers continues to strengthen its market position and reputation.

We are seeking candidates with proven senior-level experience in business development and marketing, coupled with a strong understanding of the legal sector. If you are commercially astute, innovative, and ready to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.
