Copilot Specialist/Trainer

Initial 3 month contract, 2-3 days per week, £250-£300pd outside IR35, Remote

We're currently looking for a Copilot Specialist to join one of our consultancy partners, to play a key role in helping their clients get the best from Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio. You’ll deliver engaging training, create innovative learning resources, and support customers in building AI-powered solutions that transform everyday work.

In this role, you will:

Deliver high-quality Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio training
Support customers in adopting AI tools and improving digital skills
Create engaging learning resources, including guides, videos, and prompt-engineering materials
Help design and facilitate workshops and clinics to embed AI solutions into workflows
Support customers in building and deploying Copilot Studio solutions
Act as a trusted advisor for AI adoption and change management

What we’re looking for:

Experience delivering engaging, user-focused training
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio
Ability to translate complex tech and AI concepts into practical learning
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative, proactive mindset with a passion for digital transformation
