About The Role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Colindale.

As a Mercedes-Benz Service Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.

You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Mercedes-Benz Service Consultants work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

We're looking for applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Mercedes-Benz to support your career.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement for this role.
