Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager

Future Growth: No direct reports initially, but dotted line responsibilities with opportunities for people management

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to drive event registrations and generate sponsorship leads across a healthcare portfolio of seven annual events in the UK and US.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take full ownership of marketing strategies, developing innovative, data‑driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. Working closely with Delegate Campaign Executives, you’ll ensure delegate targets are met in both quality and quantity, while bringing fresh ideas to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create, execute, and optimise email campaigns targeting senior decision‑makers across UK and US healthcare
Use segmented data to deliver highly targeted campaigns
Design and implement workflows and automation to streamline engagement
Collaborate with production teams to craft compelling, tailored copy
Track campaign success, interpret insights, and continuously improve outcomes
Provide weekly updates on trends, observations, and performance

What Success Looks Like

Strategic yet hands‑on, with a proactive “can‑do” attitude
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with wider teams
Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management (events industry experience a plus)
Skilled in marketing platforms and automation tools
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on personalisation and engagement
Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable strategies
Experience managing processes end‑to‑end, ensuring deadlines are met across teams
