Campaign Manager (Gamification & Traffic-Driving Campaigns)

Location: On site, Calgary (229 – 33rd Street NE, Calgary, Alberta);

Type of employment: Maternity leave replacement (Minumum 14 months), Full Time (40 hours)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented marketer to join our Global Marketing team and help bring our gamified experiences and traffic-driving campaigns to life across NA. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional and partners to deliver campaigns that engage millions of customers, drive store visits, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Lead the development of traffic-driving campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with internal teams and external agencies (creative, media, vendors)
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to build and optimize large-scale gamification programs (e.g. Rock Paper Prizes, 31 Days of Circle K, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results YoY and ROI
Manage creative assets, timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure flawless execution
Collaborate with analytics, legal, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are both compliant and impactful

What You’ll Do

Supports North American traffic-driving campaigns from concept to execution and post-analysis
Develops campaign reports and performance insights to guide decisions and optimize results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merch, Loyalty, Digital, Analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
Coordinate with brand partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders on campaign planning, creative assets and deliverables
Build presentations and recap decks that clearly communicate strategy, performance, and learnings
Gather and share market insights and feedback from regions (Business Units) to inform future campaigns.
Contribute to problem-solving and day-to-day campaign management as needed
Flexibility to collaborate across global teams and time zones

What You’ll Need

We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA an asset, or equivalent experience).

Experience

5–7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or campaign management.

Knowledge And Skills

Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience supervising or mentoring at least one direct report, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable working with BI tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, adaptable, and collaborative, a true team player.

Language Skills

Bilingualism an asset (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.
