Job Specifications

Our client is looking for an experienced consultant in Planning & Reporting.

Responsibilities:

Assess current planning processes and propose improvement opportunities.
Design forecasting and performance models aligned with business needs.
Structure financial data to enhance visibility, analysis and strategic decision-making.
Configure and optimize the EPM solution used for budgeting and reporting.
Collaborate with IT teams for integrations, enhancements or data-flow adjustments.
Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to align processes and methodology.
Oversee user testing cycles, ensuring quality and consistency of outputs.
Share best practices and help upskill teams on new tools or processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

7–10 years of experience in financial planning, reporting or performance management.
Strong hands-on experience with EPM tools (modelling, configuration, data flows).
Fluent English (international project).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex information.
Excellent facilitation, communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of SAP environments (CO, PS…) is an advantage.
