Contract: 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover) – Immediate Start

The difference you will make
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, seamless support to senior leaders, ensuring their priorities are executed flawlessly. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate global travel, and act as a trusted partner who anticipates needs and resolves challenges before they arise. This role is pivotal in keeping two critical functions running smoothly during a period of maternity leave.
Your role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
Organising high-level meetings and preparing agendas and materials
Coordinating extensive travel arrangements and itineraries
Processing travel-related expenses and handling invoices promptly
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
The skills you will bring
Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and travel/expense systems
Working pattern
Hybrid role based in London. Flexibility to work from home with occasional office presence.
