About the Role

Seeking an Associate Test Analyst to support end-to-end software testing across functional, integration, UAT, and release cycles. This role ensures systems, applications, and interfaces perform as specified, meeting business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in full testing lifecycle: requirements → UAT → release.
Develop test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
Execute REST/SOAP web service tests (SoapUI, REST clients).
Perform data analysis, mapping, and test execution.
Identify defects, reproduce issues, validate fixes, and manage defect logs.
Collaborate with Developers & Business Analysts to resolve issues.
Support process improvements and testing best practices.
On-call/after-hours work as needed.

Required Skills

Knowledge of testing tools, techniques & defect tracking systems.
Experience in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid environments.
Functional & UAT testing experience.
Basic SQL skills; strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Understanding of APIs, web services, cloud & digital platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
0–4 years of experience; ISTQB certification is a plus.
