Job Description

In a nutshell

As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with our Digital OnLine (DOL) team business representatives to maximize applications adoption and effectiveness, by Eurofins and its customer. One of your main missions will be the deployment of the application in different contexts (deployment of new modules, deployment of new geographies).

Where you will be based and what business you will support

Based in New Orleans, LA; you will support our Eurofins Digital OnLine (DOL) team, which is managing multiple eCommerce products. The team is continuously improving the applications to meet business demand and improve customer satisfaction.

How can you help us?

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and coordinate the deployments of the new DOL modules:
Conduct readiness assessments with customers to evaluate their preparedness for deployment
Define the deployment strategy and roadmap with the DOL business representatives (which order for scopes or customers deployments)
Ensure all prerequisites are in place (environments are ready, with the proper configuration, data migration complete)
With DOL business representatives, coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) until sign-off
Communicate with business and DOL stakeholders about the roll-out plan and status
Follow-up and accelerate resolution of incidents during the deployment phase and its hyper-care
Ensure hand-over to DOL Support team
Communicate and coordinate with numerous stakeholders (business representatives, DOL Product Managers, DOL developers, DOL Support, other IT program), including preparation and lead of project steering committees
On-board new businesses or geographies on DOL applications and contribute to various business projects
Prepare DOL releases, including the coordination of the user acceptance tests
Create and maintain deployment playbooks and best practices documentation
Train DOL business representatives about new features and optimal configuration
Act as level 2 support, when strong expertise is needed to solve an incident
Identify improvements or need for new features with/for the business, that will be assessed by the Product Managers

Reporting lines (based in DOL’s current set-up)

This role will report to Head of Product Management

Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role or similar position with a focus in implementation/deployment of IT solutions (applications, features, software)
Good business understanding, to facilitate discussions from top managers to end-users
Strong customer focus and ability to manage (internal or external) client expectations
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, curious, with demonstrated troubleshooting and investigation skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask with organization and manage time effectively
English (fluent) required
