Role Overview

This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technologies serving some of the world’s most critical financial institutions. With a growing backlog of client-driven requests and significant opportunities for product innovation, you will help expand our platform’s capabilities and impact. Your responsibilities will include owning the design and implementation of end-to-end systems grounded in business need and direct user feedback. You will move quickly while maintaining high standards of code quality, scalability, and adaptability. The role encompasses a mix of long-term projects and urgent fixes, all driven by close collaboration with a passionate, high-performance team.

Desired Qualifications

1+ years full-time software engineering experience beyond internships
Experience building scalable and production-ready applications
Proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure such as AWS
Strong interest in generative AI and staying current with evolving technologies
Proven ability to deliver projects autonomously in dynamic environments
Self-driven, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Positive, collaborative attitude

Nice to Have

Experience at early-stage startups or large tech firms
Background in AI/ML system development including model integration and fine-tuning
Familiarity with system design patterns and test-driven development
Direct experience interacting with customers and incorporating feedback
