LOCATION: Louisville, CO – On-Site

START DATE RANGE: MAY 11 to MAY 18, 2026 | END DATE RANGE: JULY 31 to AUGUST 7, 2026

TIME COMMITMENT: 40 hours per week

The Role

Join our Billing team for a hands-on internship focused on data analytics and reimbursement optimization. You’ll work on real-world projects that involve pulling, organizing, and analyzing quantitative data to identify trends and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a great opportunity to gain experience in finance, business intelligence, and healthcare data management.

What You’ll Do

Pull data from multiple sources and perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Analyze trends and create dashboards to normalize KPIs
Develop repeatable reporting processes for team handoff
Dive deep into data to uncover opportunities for improving reimbursement success

What You’ll Bring

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate student in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
Coursework: Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Healthcare Management, preferred
Strong Power BI and Excel skills, required
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Quantitative and problem-solving abilities
Prior exposure to data analytics or dashboard development is a plus

Compensation

Undergraduate Rate of $19.00 per hour
Graduate Rate of $21.00 per hour
