Entech is hiring an Developer (AI Assist: GitHub Copilot and Claude Code) for a financial services client. This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, Pennsylvania, 3 days per week.

Job Description

Drive AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to streamline coding and improve workflows.
They collaborate across product teams to deliver scalable solutions, integrate new tools or enable new features on existing ones, and collect metrics to demonstrate impact on engineering productivity.
Group is responsible for leveraging the existing tools in-house at client site to show their capabilities to improve the organization's efficiency
This team needs to be able to get copilot enabled for widespread use across the development teams to ensure that all the tools are being maximized.
Not your traditional development role, but rather someone that can configure and enable work to build out pipelines and analytics

Qualifications: (3-5 minimum years)

Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and comfort with experimentation and continuous improvement.
Ability to integrate new tools or enable new features on existing ones to enhance developer workflows.
Strong collaboration across product and engineering teams, with a focus on surfacing value and impact through metric collection and storytelling.
Experience building scalable, secure systems and documenting technical work to support operational readiness.
