Start Date: Immediate - ideally around 8th December
Engagement: Initially 3-month rolling contract Outside IR35 (very strong potential to extend)
A well-known client in the Creative Industry is seeking a proactive and confident Sage 200/Sage Intacct System Administrator to keep two business-critical finance systems running smoothly during a busy period. If you enjoy being the go-to person for day-to-day system issues and thrive working independently, this role is an excellent fit.
What you'll be doing
As the primary support contact for Sage 200 and Sage Intacct, you will:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to finance users
Manage and resolve support tickets promptly and efficiently
Troubleshoot common user issues ( Why won't this post?/My report looks wrong)
Perform routine, repeatable system tasks:
- User and permission setup
- Period closes
- Running standard finance reports
- Checking interfaces and re-running failed processes
Carry out basic debugging by reviewing logs, data, and configuration
Escalate issues only when genuinely necessary
Spend 2 days per week in the London office for close collaboration with Finance and IT (the rest can be remote)
What you need to succeed (Must-haves)
Sage 200 experience
Sage Intacct experience
Confidence working independently in a support/admin capacity
Your experience in the 3 above Must-haves can come from any sector - strong system skills and a solution-focused mindset matter most.
