We are looking for a Product Manager to join one of our clients’ Digital & Product teams.
What are your responsibilities?
Lead the integration of a third-party HEMS solution via APIs, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and the external technology partner.
Coordinate the partner selection process, support evaluations, and assist in contractual negotiations.
Act as the bridge between the technology partner and internal development teams, guaranteeing smooth access to documentation, support, and requirements.
Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories for app-based energy features (e.g., smart charging, energy insights).
Work closely with IT, UX/UI, Digital, and Operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, track timelines, and proactively resolve issues.
Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring new features deliver tangible value, usability, and scalability.
Stay informed on smart home energy trends, EV charging, flexibility services, and future innovation opportunities.
Manage the P&L of the HEMS product portfolio, including OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring financial targets are met and course-correcting when needed.
What are your qualifications?
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in smart energy, mobility, IoT, or digital products.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations and digital ecosystems; experience with app integrations is an asset.
Experience in vendor/partner management, including selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric energy solutions.
Fluency in English, with working knowledge of Dutch and/or French required
