About Shotgun

Shotgun is building the operating system for live music.

We empower event organizers, venues, festivals, and artists to grow their communities, monetize their creativity, and shape culture with tools that make ticketing effortless and distribution powerful.

We’re not just another ticketing platform. We are the tech ally of a cultural movement. In an age where, if you don’t master technology, technology will own you. We’re building the infrastructure to make sure art wins in the end.

Shotgun is already powering the next generation of festivals, clubs, and cultural entrepreneurs across France, Brazil, Portugal, and the US. With €200M+ GMV and millions of fans worldwide, we’re just getting started.

The Role

Our activity is structured in three business lines:

Concerts & Tours: include concert venues and tour dates. They have specific needs or blockers (e.g. Reserved Seating, Merch Bundle...), involve specific stakeholders (Touring Agents, Local Promoters, Artists, Labels...). They are a key axis of our French go-to-market strategy.
Festivals: typically involve large-scale event logistics, multi-day programming, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Nightlife: encompasses nightclubs, open-air events, warehouses, collectives, and promoters across all genres. This is the company’s historical core.

Now one of the leaders in the evening and festival sector, our ambition is to become a key player in concerts and tours.

You will support our touring partners on a daily basis playing a crucial role in their development on the French market throughout their projects as well as festivals and clubs,

Your objective: understand how to boost our partners sales and the awareness around their project.

You will work closely with the Account Manager to design and deploy the right marketing activations, from digital ads to offline campaigns , while adapting to the very specific challenges of tour operators.

The challenge of this business line lies in the tour launch deadlines, which are often quite short, and in the variety of stakeholders to align.

Support Shotgun customers in their main challenge: selling more tickets to a targeted audience, by developing appropriate marketing strategies.
Deploy and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok…) in line with organizers' growth objectives.
Manage offline activations (media buys, OOH campaigns, partnerships with agencies and media groups).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using socio-demographic, behavioral and musical data, in order to refine action plans.
Provide responsive and flexible support to meet partners' day-to-day needs.
Work hand in hand with Account Managers and other Shotgun teams (Sales, Brand & Marketing).

Who are we looking for?

Must-have skills:
