About the Role

Join an innovative project shaping the future of GIS operations! As a GIS Data Specialist, you will lead the intelligence ecosystem, manage data workflows and drive product development for 3D subsurface modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and backlog for subsurface intelligence
Design and manage structured geotechnical and environmental data models
Coordinate implementation of 3D modeling and visualization tools
Ensure data governance, integration, and accessibility
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor/Master in Geology, Geotechnics, Applied Geosciences, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in data management, geotechnical research, or GIS projects
Strong knowledge of SQL, GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS), and 3D visualization
Excellent communication skills (Dutch/English)

Nice to Have

Experience with 3D geological modeling software
Knowledge of groundwater and contamination modeling
Affinity with AI/ML and cloud platforms
