The Senior Software Developer (Full‑stack) will work across Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS to deliver high-quality solutions with purpose. You’ll own meaningful product features end to end, improve engineering systems from the inside out, and collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape outcomes that drive global merchant success.

The Senior Software Developer (Full‑stack) will:

• Ship high-impact product features from design to deployment

• Enhance internal tooling, workflows, and developer experience

• Write maintainable, well-tested code across the full stack

• Drive quality and reliability in systems at serious scale

• Break down ambiguous projects into clear, executable steps

You will need:

• Deep experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript

• Proven ability to deliver production code at speed

• A strong grasp of system architecture and trade-offs

• Familiarity with AWS, SQL databases, and scalable infrastructure

• A pragmatic mindset and a bias for action over consensus
