This is a 6 month contract with permanent potential at the end of the contract

About the Opportunity

4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience including Month End / Qtr. end / Year end IFRS financial reporting
Experience drafting Accounting Policy
Preparing timely, accurate and complete financial information (recurring and ad hoc) and reports
Preparing value-added financial information and analysis to assist in their decision-making process
Completing ad-hoc requests as they arise

About You

CPA or close to designation
Strong understanding of IFRS / Accounting Policy formulation
Financial Services background is an asset
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm
Works well in a team or independently with limited supervision
Oracle, Microsoft Office including Excel
