What You Will Do

Own IT tickets from start to resolution, providing clear communication and timely updates.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and provisioning.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accountability.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
Assist with projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks.

Your Experience

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Minimum 12 months experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure AD and Intune.
Cybersecurity awareness, including MFA and phishing prevention.
Desirable certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation v4.
