Job Description

Role Purpose:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven team member to help shape extraordinary moments at the Williams Racing Experience Centre. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in coordinating and delivering a diverse range of premium events, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class and unforgettable experience. Main Duties:

Process internal and external event bookings, maintaining accurate records
Scope and confirm event programmes, including catering, timings, and logistics
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
Manage the event diary and highlight concerns to the Events Manager
Provide front-of-house event support and contribute to creative development of guest experiences
Collate guest feedback and work on continuous improvement of standards and delivery
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent relationship management skills
Maintain high attention to detail and a calm approach when working under pressure

Innovative in event concepts, design, and attendee experience
Works effectively within a team and can lead cross-functional groups when required
Responsive, professional, and adaptable to changing client need

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or hospitality
Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills
Basic budgeting and financial tracking understanding
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high attention to detail
Excellent customer service orientation
