About This Role
In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new features across our web applications and data pipelines, utilizing your foundational experience with modern web technologies and databases. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow, follows best practices, and can execute tasks with clear direction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with engineers and internal consulting partners, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities
Implement features and enhancements for our web application using Front End tools like Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind to help customers design and monitor value-based care contracts.
Assist with Back End development and data processing tasks in Python, utilizing platforms like Databricks and AWS for complex healthcare data.
Work closely with Product and Design teams to implement a user experience that intuitively conveys complex healthcare and financial information.
Collaborate with an actuarial science team that primarily works in SAS, R, and Excel.
Support the implementation and development of our products under the guidance of senior engineers.
Contribute to the team's goals by executing on valuable features for our customers. About You
2-4 years of experience in data-intensive, full-stack development projects.
Experience contributing to the development of a product from initial concept to deployment.
Able to work entrepreneurially - self-motivated, ambitious, and fast-paced.
Able to ship high-caliber code and contribute to building exceptional products.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to perform with supervision and accountability for specific objectives, and thrive in a rapidly changing, ambiguous start-up environment.
Passionate about improving and innovating.
Startup experience is a plus. Experience In The Core Tools
