Position: Full time/Subcon

Vacancy Status: We are looking to hire an Tech Architect Batch Jobs Application immediately who has experience in batch jobs architecture, design and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

10+ years of Application Technical Architect experience with focus on batch jobs architecture, design and optimization.
Proven ability to design and refactor complex batch ecosystems for scalability and fault tolerance.
Experience defining batch frameworks, standards, and governance for large-scale applications.
Proficiency Batch-jobs tech stack of Unix/Linux scripting, Java, and Shell scripts etc
Strong knowledge of enterprise job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M).
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and performance improvement strategies
Familiarity with file I/O analysis, performance profiling, and error handling in batch environments.
Understanding of capacity planning, resource optimization, and high-availability strategies.

Collaboration & Communication

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and mentor development teams.
Strong documentation and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Tools & Platforms

Strong experience on enterprise applications stack and middleware.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools, log analysis platforms, and automation utilities.

Good to have Skills

Experience with Broadridge RPM or similar financial platforms.
Knowledge of data replication techniques and near real-time processing paradigms.
Exposure to cloud-based batch solutions and modern orchestration tools.
