We are looking for a Zendesk Platform Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for the Zendesk application.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and supporting Zendesk, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the Zendesk platform, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.

• Maintain the Zendesk application environment, ensuring uptime and performance.

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Zendesk.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams and SaaS vendors for incident management and problem resolution.

• Monitor system health and performance, escalating issues as needed.

• Support integration activities with other enterprise applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce).

• Document processes, configurations, and support procedures for knowledge sharing.

• Participate in change management and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Zendesk platform administration and configuration.

• Experience in application maintenance and support for SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with incident management, service catalog, and ITSM processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role.

• Knowledge of AWS hosting environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Zendesk API and automation.

• Exposure to enterprise IT support environments.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
