Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (SFDC) to manage and deliver Salesforce projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will design, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a single Salesforce project end-to-end, regardless of size or complexity.
Design, scope, and build new Salesforce systems and major platform features using best practices.
Collaborate proactively with Project Managers and team members to understand dependencies and ensure solutions do not disrupt existing functionality.
Identify, propose, and implement scalable and reusable solutions across teams.
Rapidly learn and apply proven technologies and techniques to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and efficient solutions within project constraints.
Develop complex Salesforce systems and integrations to address high-level business and technical challenges.
Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Salesforce functional domains, including data models, integrations, and reporting.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Strong development experience with:

Apex
Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Process Builders and Flows
Salesforce configuration and administration

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with large enterprise systems and custom applications.

Solid understanding of software development best practices beyond Salesforce.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Salesforce DevOps experience using tools such as:

Jira
GitHub
Salesforce DX
Salesforce CLI

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
