The Mission: Own the entire customer lifecycle, from initial outreach to live deployment and long-term account growth, scaling high-impact payment infrastructure across Fintech

The Opportunity: We have more interest than we can handle, and we need a high-energy, consultative closer to capture this momentum. This isn't a "cogs-in-the-machine" sales role; you will be a core driver of our growth, managing complex negotiations and staying with the partner until their program is live and successful.

What You’ll Do:

Full-Cycle Sales: From identifying prospects and managing large-scale lead negotiations to the final handshake.
Customer Success & Launch: You don’t just sign and disappear. You will guide partners through the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature to "Go-Live." and beyond.
Prospecting: Proactively hunt the next generation of rising and established fintech stars globally, showing them how Kulipa increases user retention and settlement speed.
Be the Face of Kulipa: Attend global events, drive strategic partnerships, and be "loud" on social platforms to build our brand authority in the PayFi space.
Pipeline Discipline: Maintain a high-velocity pipeline with rigorous CRM management, ensuring no lead is left behind in our move toward global scale.

What We’re Looking For:

Complexity Experts: 5+ years of experience in a complex sales environment (Payments, Cloud, AI, or Fintech). You understand how to navigate long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
Implementation Mindset: A proven track record of not just closing deals, but managing post-sale operations and guiding customers through technical implementation.
Tech IQ: Strong understanding of card issuing processes or a high degree of "technical curiosity." Familiarity with blockchain, wallets, or stablecoins is a bonus.
Communication: High energy and proficient in English. You are comfortable pitching to a CTO in London one hour and a Fintech founder in HK the next.
Pressure-Proof: You thrive in high-stakes startup environments where you need to balance hunting new business with the operational detail of launching active programs.
