Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, business administration, or related field (or
equivalent experience);
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in financial system (EBA) or similar financial systems for IT products/services;
Minimum 2 years working with resource management systems like SNOW or similar ones..

D uties

Supporting the creation of Purchase Requests (PRs) and Internal Requests (IRs) in the internal system (EBA), as well as following up on the lifecycle of PRs ;
Supporting the receipting process in the internal system (EBA) and creating work confirmations for invoice payments ;
Supporting the tracking of hours allocated to the project team in support of projects within the internal system ServiceNow (SNOW).
