Job Specifications

You will lead large-scale End User Computing (EUC) initiatives in a complex, enterprise IT environment. The focus is on Windows 11 migration, endpoint cybersecurity, and modern workplace solutions for laptops, smartphones, and tablets.

This is a delivery-oriented role combining strong project leadership with deep EUC domain expertise. You will coordinate roll-outs, manage technical constraints, and ensure secure, stable adoption of end-user solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead EUC-related IT projects end-to-end, managing scope, budget, planning, and risks
Drive Windows 11 migration programmes and coordinate large-scale device roll-outs
Manage projects improving cybersecurity of end-user devices (hardening, compliance, tooling)
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align technical and business stakeholders
Translate business needs into concrete EUC solution proposals
Organise testing, go-live, training, documentation, and transition from build to run
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and unforeseen technical challenges
Provide structured progress reporting to management and stakeholders
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the EUC domain

What are we looking for?

You have 5+ years of experience managing End User Computing projects in large enterprise environments
You have hands-on experience leading Windows 11 migration projects
You have 5+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives for end-user devices
You have 5+ years of experience applying project management methodologies in complex IT programmes
You have strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident and change management
You are fluent in Dutch OR French (C2 level) and have working proficiency (B1) in the other national language

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
Proven experience in organisational change management linked to IT roll-outs
Experience in highly regulated or safety-critical environments
