Administrative Assistant

Hybrid role – can go onsite 2x per week (we have offices in New York, NY 10005 + White Plains, NY 10601)
Regular business hours - M-F, 40 hours per week

Pay: $24.00 per hour W2

Duration: ~1 year; temp to perm role

This role supports multiple teams by managing administrative, operational, and research tasks.
Communicate professionally with internal teams via written and verbal channels.
Process client orders accurately and ensure compliance with workflows and business rules.
Maintain data integrity during database development and system updates.
Create and manage client accounts, invoices, and application materials for smooth order fulfillment.
Review incoming orders for accuracy and compliance with pricing and protocols.
Update and maintain internal knowledge bases by researching and filling content gaps.

Qualifications:

Background: administrative support, business operations, corporate support
Skills: file management, comfortable with working with Excel spreadsheets and various data
Education: high school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
