Position Title: Implementation Specialist Lead
Location: Santa Rosa, California
Pay Rate: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Specialist Lead supporting a Rapid Diagnostics business located in Santa Rosa, California. Excellence in execution is a top priority for the Implementation team. This team works in conjunction with the Government Commercial team, Santa Rosa site functional leads, Sales/Sales Support, and vendors to provide high-quality experiences for clients.
Implementation team members create new client accounts, train and onboard new clients, establish new panels, and make updates to existing customer accounts. The Implementation Specialist Lead will act as an escalation resource for the Implementation team, answering questions, improving workflows, capturing key client information, supporting administrative requests, and troubleshooting issues.
This diagnostics organization supports toxicology and diagnostic testing programs that provide critical information for the treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.
Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Responsible for timely execution of new account set-ups and ongoing post-implementation account updates across software systems and databases for Toxicology Government Services clients, with strong attention to data accuracy and documentation.
Assign and direct work to Implementation team members, participating in account administration tasks as needed.
Make recommendations for improved implementation processes and procedures while adhering to Quality and Compliance standards.
Partner with the Implementation Manager to review and revise internal implementation processes and onboarding guidelines to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and Toxicology Support teams to maintain accurate client data across systems.
Customer Onboarding & Training
Oversee scheduling and staffing of daily technology demonstrations and customized training sessions during client onboarding, including delivering training when needed.
Continuously assess client training effectiveness and develop/report key performance metrics.
Team Supervision & Leadership
Monitor Implementation team performance and metrics, reporting regularly to the Implementation Manager.
Escalate identified issues or concerns through appropriate channels.
Identify, document, and resolve issues as they arise.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience working within a corporate environment with a strong customer service mindset.
People leadership and management skills, including 3-5 years of direct supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, analytical skills, and self-motivation.
Positive, collaborative attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Four-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not required.
Salesforce CFM knowledge preferred.
Strong initiative and attention to detail.
