Job Title

UAT / BAT QA Analyst & QA Lead – Loan / Leasing Systems

Contract Details

Duration: 18–24 months
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Hours: Full-time (standard business hours)
Rate: $55-75

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced UAT / BAT QA Analysts and QA Leads to support a Loan / Leasing System Replacement initiative. This is a business-facing role focused on manual UAT and Business Acceptance Testing, working closely with business users to validate end-to-end loan and leasing workflows.

The selected candidates will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring the new system meets functional, operational, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

For QA Analysts:

Execute manual UAT and BAT test scenarios
Collaborate directly with business users to support test execution
Validate loan and leasing workflows across the full lifecycle
Log, track, and validate defects in collaboration with delivery teams
Assist with test case creation, execution evidence, and sign-off support

For QA Leads:

Lead and coordinate UAT/BAT testing activities
Manage UAT planning, execution cycles, and reporting
Act as the primary QA point of contact for business stakeholders
Oversee defect triage and resolution processes
Mentor QA analysts and ensure testing quality and coverage

Mandatory Qualifications

8+ years of overall QA experience
3+ years of experience in Loan / Lending lifecycle, including:
Loan origination
Adjudication / underwriting
Servicing
Strong experience with Loan Lifecycle / Origination Systems
Proven hands-on experience in UAT / Business Acceptance Testing
Manual testing expertise (automation is not required)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Leasing systems (auto, equipment, agricultural, etc.)
Ability to travel to the USA for workshops, if required
US citizenship or valid US visa is preferred
