Role Description

This is a Part-time on-site role in Torquay for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, handle communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the smooth running of office procedures. Responsibilities also include supporting directors and team members, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining records and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in Administrative Assistance and general Office Administration
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams etc)
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently
Previous experience in the construction or property industry is a plus
