You thrive in collaborative work environments. You’re both an active communicator and an eager listener – because, let’s face it, you can’t have one without the other
You can pivot on the fly. Analytics is constantly changing, and we must keep adapting and evolving that change, too. What you worked on last month may differ from what you worked on today, which excites you

Consistently check manufacturers' guidance for upgrades
Always make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions for your designated areas
Support / administrate system backups
Monitor AV/AM, IDS, and logging operations
Maintain inventory control

What we look for in you:

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from initial concept through execution
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience considered
Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory
Hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365, including: Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune / endpoint management
Experience administering Microsoft Azure (core services, identity, networking, and resource management)
