Job Description:
Pay: $82.16/hr
Shift: 100% Onsite
Duration: 12-months to start - potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget.
Overview:
Currently seeking a motivated, talented Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team located in Saint Charles, Missouri. Due to expanding business, we are looking for Engineers-of-Systems, Engineers with a multi discipline skill set who can solve problems and lead solutions across multiple Engineering disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to work on and around the latest high tech weapon systems.
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a life-cycle balanced system of systems and system solution(s) which satisfies customer/operational needs and public acceptability.
Defines system performance (requirements), integrates technical parameters, and assures compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture(s).
Perform affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties engineering analyses to obtain a preferred configuration which assures mission success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related required.
Must have 9+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience/domain knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validation required.
Model-Based Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo or similar required.
DoD background is required, high tech weapon systems are preferred.
Must be able to obtain secret clearance, not needed to start.
