Job Specifications

Our client is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage and grow ongoing customer relationships by serving as a dedicated point of contact throughout the order lifecycle. This role emphasizes proactive communication, coordination, and accountability to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts while partnering closely with internal teams to deliver on commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing relationships from order intake through fulfillment and post-delivery follow-up
Proactively communicate order status updates, timelines, and potential issues to customers
Coordinate with internal teams (production, fulfillment, shipping, and operations) to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Own customer issues end-to-end, driving resolution and maintaining accountability until completion
Build trust with customers through consistent follow-up, clear communication, and reliability
Manage repeat and high-value customer accounts, ensuring accuracy, satisfaction, and retention
Track customer interactions, account details, and outcomes in CRM and order management systems
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, processes, and long-term account relationships
Support seasonal demand and large-volume orders with attention to detail and professionalism

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally to solve problems and meet deadlines
Experience using CRM systems, order management tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Background in retail, e-commerce, wholesale, or order-driven environments is a plus
