Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Toronto, Canada
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, solid communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Implement business logic, automation, and custom UI components aligned with business requirements
Manage and configure Salesforce security, including permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Follow best practices for source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce development lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong Apex development experience, including triggers, classes, and test coverage
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning framework
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, including permission sets, sharing rules, profiles, and roles
Comfortable with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.)
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with Salesforce DX and deployment tool.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
