About Sencode
Sencode is a UK-based, CREST-accredited penetration testing and cybersecurity consultancy working with public and private sector organisations across the UK and Europe. We specialise in high-quality assurance services, including web, mobile, API, cloud, and infrastructure penetration testing.
We are scaling and investing heavily in digital marketing to drive lead generation, build brand authority, and support long-term growth. This role is central to that ambition.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive with strong B2B experience to plan, execute, and optimise performance-driven digital marketing activity. You will own day-to-day delivery across SEO, paid media, content distribution, and campaign reporting, working closely with directors and sales to generate high-intent leads.
This is not a passive content role - it is data-led, commercial, and outcome-focused.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Campaign Execution
Develop and deliver multi-channel B2B campaigns across email, paid search, LinkedIn, and organic channels.
Create and optimise campaigns aimed at CTOs, IT Managers, Directors, and senior decision-makers.
Support product and service launches, including new penetration testing service lines.
SEO & Website Performance
Plan, execute, and report on SEO strategies using tools such as Semrush and Google Search Console.
Optimise service pages, landing pages, and supporting content for conversion and ranking.
Monitor technical SEO issues and work with developers where required.
Paid Media & Lead Generation
Support or manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on cost control and lead quality.
Track CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Content Creation & Social Media
Create engaging visual and written content for social channels, primarily LinkedIn, in line with Sencode’s brand guidelines.
Use tools such as Canva (or similar) to design on-brand social posts, campaign assets, and promotional materials.
Manage and grow Sencode’s LinkedIn presence to showcase services, technical expertise, company culture, and thought leadership.
Repurpose technical content (blogs, webinars, methodology videos, reports) into high-performing social and digital assets.
Support webinar, event, and campaign promotion through coordinated content activity.
Data, Reporting & Insights
Track performance across SEO, paid media, email, social, and website analytics.
Maintain clean, segmented contact data to support targeted B2B campaigns.
Produce clear, actionable reports for directors covering leads, pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI.
Asset & Platform Management
Maintain and organise marketing assets across the website, CRM, proposal platforms, and social channels.
Ensure all content and assets adhere to agreed brand guidelines.
Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, CRM systems, and proposal tooling to support sales enablement.
Required Experience & Skills
2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, performance marketing, or B2B marketing role.
Hands-on experience with common marketing and analytics platforms, including:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Search Console
Google Business Profile
Semrush
Practical awareness of core SEO concepts, including:
Keyword research and search intent
On-page optimisation (metadata, internal linking, content structure)
Technical SEO fundamentals (indexing, crawlability, site health)
Link-building and authority signals (at a conceptual level)
Experience in monitoring website performance, rankings, and conversions, and translating data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (hands-on or supporting role).
Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead funnels, and attribution.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional marketing copy.
Comfortable working with data, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
Experience in marketing professional services or cybersecurity/technology offerings.
Exposure to CRM systems and sales pipeline reporting. (Hubspot)
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or paid media.
