Pay Information: $32 - $36/hr

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

As a member of our team, you will serve as a crucial intermediary, ensuring our organizational voice is both heard and respected. In this role, you will craft compelling strategies and advocate for organizational goals. Navigating through complex regulatory policies is key, and your efforts will drive both progress and innovation. Day in the Life

- Conduct and analyze comprehensive policy research.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and governmental bodies.

- Develop and implement strategic advocacy initiatives.

- Navigate government structures and processes efficiently.

- Build strong relationships with government officials.

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years in governmental affairs or public policy. - Proven policy research and advocacy skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.

- Ability to manage relationships with government stakeholders.
