The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Support professional to join our satellite office on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain valuable experience in the investment sector. You'll provide crucial support to our business development activities while managing key administrative functions that keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information
Organise and coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and follow-up activities
Chase clients for responses, meetings, and outstanding actions
Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the business development team and senior leadership
Manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Support the organisation of internal meetings and external events
Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Assist with client onboarding processes and ongoing account management
Create regular performance reports and dashboards

Essential Requirements

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Professional, client-focused approach
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities
