Job Specifications

Location: McLean, VA (Fully Onsite)

Must-Have:

10+ years of Salesforce development experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and/or Java, with understanding of application, data, and architecture design principles

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support internal Salesforce applications
Enhance Experience Cloud for external users
Support DevOps processes and identify efficiencies
Maintain test automation using Cucumber/Selenium
Work in Agile delivery teams
Integrate Salesforce with microservices using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), platform events, and tools like MuleSoft
Perform code reviews and support production issues when needed

Qualifications:

10+ years in IT
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Aura/LWC, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with microservices (Java/Spring Boot or MuleSoft preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab), Docker/Kubernetes, and messaging platforms
Salesforce Developer Certification required
