Role Description

We are looking for an engaging Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, remote position. The role involves driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and delivering consistent support. You will generate leads, build lasting relationships with clients, and provide account management for prospective and existing customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, following up on sales inquiries, and managing long-term customer relationships while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication skills and Customer Service abilities
Proficiency in Sales strategies and achieving targets
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales technologies
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environ
Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Exposure to e-commerce platforms, with eBay UK preferred
Experience with CRM and sales tools, including:
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesloft, Flash Info, Seamless.ai, Hunter.io, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the digital marketing or technology industry (a plus)

 

 

Certifications (Preferred)

 

 Salesforce CRM Training Certificate
 HubSpot CRM Completion Certificate

 

Professional Highlights 

 Outbound B2B sales experience in logistics, shipping, or customs solutions
Handling 300+ outbound calls and 100+ emails per day
Closing 8+ new accounts per month
Generating $30K–$70K in monthly revenue
Experience managing client onboarding, pricing, and contracts
