Job Specifications
TITLE: Marketing Associate
REPORTING LOCATION: UK
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
Primary Objective
Champions Oncology is seeking a highly organized, highly productive Marketing Associate or Junior Marketer to support the execution of core marketing, communications, and event activities across our pre-clinical oncology services portfolio. This role is a key part of the marketing operations function and is designed to ensure programs, campaigns, and events are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This is a remote, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure to B2B marketing within a scientific organization. The position supports communications, digital marketing, reporting, event logistics, and marketingoperations, while working closely with inside sales, product management, and scientific stakeholders. The Marketing Associate will play a critical role in keeping marketing initiatives moving forward, managing details, coordinating across teams, and using modern tools, including AI, to maximize efficiency and output. While this role does not own strategy, it provides meaningful exposure to how marketing, sales, product, and science come together in a complex, fast-moving environment. A scientific background or prior experience working within scientific or life sciences organizations is a strong plus, as the role supports oncology-focused services and events.
