AVP Full Stack Developer - London (Hybrid: 2 Days in Office) - 100k Salary

Overview

To design, develop, and enhance software solutions using modern engineering methodologies, delivering business, platform, and technology capabilities for internal and external users

Key Requirements

Strong experience in Java (17+) development

Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL integration

Experience with messaging platforms (MQ, TIBCO, Kafka, Solace)

Solid understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL)

Experience with Camunda BPM and BPMN 2.0

Proven ability to architect, design, and debug applications

Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions

Highly valued skills:

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

Distributed caching (Ignite, Redis)

Modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

Agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies

Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing

Ensure secure coding practices and effective unit testing
