Our platform team is building the future of 1Password by empowering the development of ambitious new features. We focus on creating building blocks to enable exciting features for our customers. Specifically, we are evolving our Confidential Computing platform comprising several services and a robust developer tool-chain, and a public key infrastructure. Our trust platforms unlock 1Password’s ability to offer impactful features while remaining on the leading edge of security and user data privacy.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada or the US. This position will be for 4 months - May to August 2026.
What You Can Expect
Write Rust and Go code with a focus on reliability, quality and durability
Contribute to feature design, development and release
Contribute to documenting solutions and new designs
Contribute to feature design, documentation, implementation, and releasing code to production
Collaborate with team members by providing and receiving timely feedback on code submissions and design docs
Uphold and contribute to team processes
Remain curious and seek opportunities to expand and deepen your technical knowledge and leadership skills
