Role Description

The Regional Account Manager is a full-time, role based in the South of the UK. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of accounts within the assigned region, developing lasting client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering customer-centric solutions, presenting business proposals, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, and effective client retention in the print and postal market
Proven experience in large capital equipment sales.
Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Business Development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of postal, parcel, or eCommerce industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
