We are searching for our futur associate, a Business-founder
France / Europe
Equity split: 70% founders / 30% CyGO Entrepreneurs
⏳ Unpaid venture-creation phase (first 15 months)

They don’t scale! They don’t keep up! And they fail exactly where companies need reliability most: operational resilience.

Cyber threats are accelerating with AI
Enterprises expect guarantees, not tools
Trust, continuity and resilience are becoming business-critical
Yet Europe lacks bold, product-driven cybersecurity platforms, designed from day one to operate at scale.

You’re not joining an idea. You’re entering a selective venture-building machine (2 startups per year).
This role is your founding story.
As CEO Co-Founder, you will:
Turn a strong product vision into a real company
Build the go-to-market and commercial strategy
Close the first deals and reach €500K ARR within 18 months
Lead fundraising with hands-on studio support
Structure the business (BP, budget, ops)
Recruit and lead the core team
Co-build product vision, culture and roadmap with your CTO co-founder
You are accountable for business reality, not slides.
How your time will actually be spent
Indicative split (will evolve with the company):
50% Business & GTM
First customers, sales motion, pricing, partnerships
30% Company building
Fundraising, hiring, culture, ops, investor relations
20% Product leadership (with your CTO)
Value proposition, prioritization, product-market alignment
This is hands-on by design.
Who we are looking for
Cybersecurity expertise is a plus, not a prerequisite.
What matters most is curiosity and ambition.
We bring the cyber depth.
You bring the business drive and leadership.
You should recognize yourself in most of this:
Strong experience in B2B software (SaaS, software publishing, tech consulting)
Proven background in sales, business development or P&L ownership
Solid product culture: you understand how product, tech and business create value together
Experience as a founder or early-stage team member
Structured, resilient, autonomous, you operate well in uncertainty
Natural leader, able to unite and elevate a team
Fluent English required

70% equity allocated to founders
30% to CyGO Entrepreneurs
No salary during the first 15 months
