We’re Hiring: Software Engineer IV – Lead Generation Ads

Location: On-site in Bellevue or Menlo Park (3 days/week)

Duration: 6 months

About the Role:

Join our Lead Generation Ads team as a Software Engineer IV! You’ll apply your computer science and analytical skills to design, develop, and optimize software systems that improve campaign targeting and enhance advertiser budget efficiency. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building scalable solutions, running experiments, and collaborating across teams.

What You’ll Do:

Automate Lead Gen campaign setup and targeting processes.
Design, implement, and monitor A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Build scalable, robust software systems tailored to business needs.
Advocate for technical excellence and best practices across tools and processes.

Must-Have Skills:

React and PHP development experience
JavaScript proficiency
Experience in Ads or campaign development

Nice-to-Have:

Experience owning high-impact projects end-to-end
A/B testing experience
Data analysis skills

What We’re Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
